First Lead Experience Designer in EMEA — supported SEs and AEs on the region's largest enterprise deals. Presented strategies to C-level executives, facilitated discovery workshops, and spoke at customer-facing events. Mentored junior designers and led the EMEA design team across all regions.
Led pre-sales design efforts across EMEA, managing a high-volume request queue while working closely with Solution Engineers on high-value enterprise deals. Created custom UI/UX prototypes for sales demos, helping Solution Engineers showcase Salesforce solutions in a more engaging and differentiated way. Every design was fully tailored to support specific opportunities, building a reputation for quality and speed across the SE org.
Built custom demos for Solution Engineers using Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to bring Salesforce solutions to life for prospects. Collaborated closely with SEs and AEs to understand customer needs and tailor demos to specific business challenges. Developed prototype mobile and web applications to support deal closure.
